Since 2016, he has also been active in the real estate sector, including serving as a member of the supervisory board within a corporate group. He holds a real estate broker’s license. He has been with Upper Finance Group since its founding in 2007.

He specializes in transaction advisory and financial intermediation for companies — covering bank financing, bond issuance and raising capital from private investors. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. He has been with Upper Finance Group for 13 years, currently as a Transaction Manager.
She specializes in raising debt financing through bond issues. For over six years, she worked at Dom Maklerski Banku BPS S.A. in the Capital Markets Department, including three years as Deputy Director. She led numerous projects involving public and private securities offerings, as well as the admission and introduction of securities to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (regulated market) and the alternative trading system.
She holds Securities Broker Licence no. 2885 and Alternative Trading System Adviser Certificate no. 203/2011. She has been developing her career at Upper Finance Group since 2014.
She participates in financing projects for residential, office, hotel and logistics developments. She specialises in real estate market analysis, business plan preparation and financing structuring advisory. On a daily basis, she collaborates with financial institutions, offering clients support throughout every stage of the process.
A graduate of the University of Warsaw and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. She began her career at Upper Finance Group in 2015.
He has over 20 years of experience in capital transactions, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, and has completed dozens of successful M&A projects, including in the healthcare sector. He supported companies in creating and implementing growth strategies in the retail, manufacturing and healthcare industries. He has also worked in corporate banking, managed enterprises and served on committees assessing the profitability of investments, including those co-financed with EU funds.
He has participated in the full investor acquisition process — from audit and analyses, through valuations, financial models and due diligence, to negotiations and closing. He has worked at Upper Finance Group since 2015.
She is responsible for analyzing financial documentation, structuring transactions, and preparing financial models and forecasts. She has many years of experience in credit risk analysis, gained at PKO Bank Polski S.A., where she served as a credit analyst in the Corporate Client Credit Risk Department.
She combines analytical capabilities with practical knowledge of investment financing and the real estate market. She has been with Upper Finance Group since 2020.
He is responsible for marketing strategy, brand image, communications and client relationships. He specializes in B2B marketing, particularly in the financial and real estate development sectors. A graduate of University College London (UCL), where he gained knowledge and skills in effective brand building and supporting business growth.
