Partner at Upper Finance Group, an expert in financing residential, office, hotel and logistics real estate projects.
She has extensive experience in banking, having held senior roles at ING, Citi and BPH Bank Hipoteczny. Since 2007, she has led Upper Finance Group, supporting the growth of developers and financial institutions.
Tatiana Piechota
Partner
Partner at Upper Finance Group, she has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment financing and M&A.
She supports the growth of companies in the healthcare, hospitality and real estate development sectors. She built her career at leading financial institutions, including Citi Handlowy, GETIN Bank and PKO BP. As a Member of the Supervisory Board of NEO Hospital, she is actively involved in the development of the healthcare market.
Małgorzata Norkowska
Board Member
An expert with over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial sector.
She held key roles, including as Vice President of the Management Board at Śląski Bank Spółdzielczy Silesia and as a finance manager at Katowicki Holding Węglowy S.A. She specialises in credit risk management, financial analysis and financial strategy. At Upper Finance, she supports clients in making sound business decisions and optimising their finances.
Katarzyna Maruszewska
Board Member
She is responsible for organising the Management Board Office and the company’s operational activities, as well as handling transactions related to raising financing for clients – from contract signing through to successful funding.
She previously gained experience at Citi Handlowy and BPH Bank Hipoteczny. She has been a member of the Management Board since April 2026 and part of the Upper Finance Group team since 2007.
